Synthesis and application of photoreactive polyvinyl acetate and polyvinyl alcohol copolymers

This thesis presents the synthesis of novel photoreactive polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) copolymers and demonstrates potential applications of such copolymers as functional coatings or carrier systems for ‘load and controlled release’ experiments.
