SIMON BOÉ Simon Boé – born 1972 – founded the agency Boé Kommunikation in 1999 to offer strategic consulting to companies in the print and radio broadcast sector. As early as 2000, Boé Kommunikation started to cater to the increasing request for concepts for online marketing. Simon Boé was trained in publishing management and the diverse stops in his career include functions at different large radio stations. He was spokesman for the Berlin radio station 104.6 RTL. During that time, Simon Boé developed strategies for publishing houses like Axel Springer, Beltz Verlag and the Ganske Verlagsgruppe. In 2004, the Goldmedia Sales & Services GmbH was founded from the strategic alliance with Goldmedia GmbH. The company supports ventures in terms of the analysis of complex media and marketing strategies and classic media planning. Boé’s core competence is the convergence of offline and online marketing and the ever-changing special tasks of social media marketing. Besides being a tutor, Simon Boé works as trainer and coach and leads seminars on online market - ing, Web 2.0 and social media marketing. JANA LIPOVSKI Jana Lipovski – born 1982 – has been a Strategy Consultant at Goldmedia since 2010, focusing on digital media, online marketing and social media. Since 2011, she is also the Head of Business Development. Before joining Goldmedia, Lipovski worked as IT advisory, at KPMG Europe LLP in the area of process optimization, project man agement and risk management. Jana Lipovski studied European studies from 2008 to 2009, majoring in economics, law and politics at Freie Universität Berlin and has a masters’ degree in European Studies. From 2002 to 2007, she studied media economics focusing on company strategy and marketing at Hochschule der Medien (Stuttgart), graduating with a diploma in Business Administration and Engineering.
