Focusing on the comparative analysis of climate change laws and policies in India and Pakistan, this essay examines their approaches over the past decade. It highlights three key targets from their Intended Nationally Determined Contributions: greenhouse gas emission reduction, emission intensity and efficiency, and the promotion of renewable energy. By evaluating these aspects, the work sheds light on the effectiveness and challenges faced by both countries in addressing climate change.
