Group and coalition formation are frequent objects of study in Social- and Organizational Psychology. This volume analyses these formation processes by means of a game theoretical approach. The experimental studies evaluate the hypotheses taken from game theory and investigate the impact of aspiration levels, conflict intensity, and of conflict experience on coalition formation and payoff assessment.
