Erika Hager, geboren in Raab, Oberösterreich, fand nach Auslandsaufenthalten in England, Frankreich, den Niederlanden und Canada die »Mitte ihrer weiten Welt« im Waldviertel. 25 Jahre unterrichtete sie Englisch und Philosophie am Gymnasium Gmünd. Studien an der University of Calgary, Wien und an der Southbank University, London. »Geh hin, wo der Pfeffer wächst« gibt unserer humanitären Verpflichtung zu »weltweiter Bildung« und Bildung zur Nachhaltigkeit eine überzeugende Stimme. Mit dem Verkauf des Buches wird das Projekt »Aids Waisenkinder in Theni«, Südindien, unterstützt. Erika Hager, born in Raab, Upper Austria, has worked in England, France, the Netherlands and Canada.
