This volume documents the ninth theological conference of the Church of England and the Evangelical Church in Germany, held in London in January 2016 as part of their Meissen process. The churches are dedicated to joint theological work, focusing on the similarities and differences in their reformatory origins. The twelve conference papers explore the significant impact of reformation movements on the churches, ecumenism, and their socio-political responsibilities today. These discussions are particularly relevant in light of the upcoming Reformation anniversary in 2017. Contributions come from notable figures such as Nicholas Baines, Richard Chartres, Carolyn Hammond, Margot Käßmann, Torrance Kirby, Jörg Lauster, Friederike Nüssel, Stephen Plant, Sigurd Rink, Gury Schneider-Ludorff, Elaine Storkey, and Michael Weinrich.
