Nuevo Sueña 1 is aimed at students approaching Spanish for the first time. The book consists of 10 lessons, each divided into two areas, gradually expanding functional contexts. Each lesson integrates functional, grammatical, and lexical content, with a specific section for phonetics, as well as a task that combines various content from the area. It includes exercises of different types that allow for the development of the four skills. Each area concludes with a Grammar Outline summarizing the fundamental content learned. At the end of the lesson, there is a section on Ways of Life (focused on the culture and customs of Spain and Latin America), and every three lessons, a Recap is provided. The manual concludes with a Glossary featuring a selection of the studied vocabulary, translated into English, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese (with the Brazilian variant). The Student's Book includes two CDs with audio exercises. Sueña 1 corresponds to levels A1-A2 of the Common European Framework of Reference.
