The authors have selected a range of hypothetical problems and essay-style questions from across the whole range of the law of torts. Considerable emphasis is given to the tort of negligence and its off-shoots, but there are also chapters on defamation , economic torts, trespass, nuisance and the rule in Rylands v Fletcher.
