This textbook contains practice material suitable for students of all abilities wishing to attempt the written component of the GCSE German examination. The book is divided into 12 areas, each one covering a variety of writing activities, from form filling, lists, notes, messages and postcards, to letters and compositions. Most of the activities are based around authentic documents. Each unit opens with a list of useful words and phrases. A general English-German vocabulary is provided at the end of the book, along with a strong and irregular verb list.
