Francesca has one big dream: to be an actress, but after hundreds of auditions she only receives small parts as a "glorious housewife" in ridiculous commercials. When her boyfriend leaves her for no reason, her whole world seems to shatter. Then a call changes her life: Caroline Manson, the movie star, wants as an assistant. She moves to Hollywood and thinks that all her troubles are over : the salary is high, the contacts are exciting, and even a charming suitor can appear... But even in the land of dreams, nothing is as it seems the new friends turn out to be false. The capricious Caroline does her best to make life impossible, and the new love does not stay.
