Napokon slovenský výber obsahuje ešte jeden básnický text, ktorý sa volá Posledný list (Last Letter) a hovorí o posledných dvoch dňoch a noci, počas ktorej Plathová zomrela. Výber zostavil a preložil Peter Trizna. Doslov napísal Ján Gavura.
