Caly se začala věnovat kreslení už ve školce a v 12 letech se ponořila do světa mangy. Po středoškolském studiu umění směřuje k titulu v oboru vizuální komunikace. Od roku 2007 rozvíjí svou sérii MaHo-Megumi, kterou o rok později začala vydávat vlastním nákladem. Její práce byla oceněna jako "Hvězda fanzinů" magazínem Animeland a podepsala smlouvu na svou novou shojo mangu Hana No Breath, která vyšla ve dvou svazcích.
