Matthew Griffin

    Matthew Griffin is a graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, where he honed his craft. His experiences working in grassroots organizing for social justice in the South and Appalachia have deeply informed his writing. He explores themes of community, activism, and the human condition with a distinctive voice. Griffin currently teaches at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
