Autor vytvára, po prvýkrát v slovenskej právnickej spisbe, teoretické základy exekúcie na nepeňažné pohľadávky, ktoré majú pevné východiská v jeho vlastnej exekútorskej praxi. Výsledky dosiahnuté v tejto práci sú užitočné aj pre legislatívu. Prienik teórie a praxe by totiž mohol a mal pomôcť tomu, aby sa súdna exekúcia nepeňažných pohľadávok, ktorá zasahuje do viacerých odvetví súkromného a verejného práva, stala takým núteným výkonom, ktorý plne rešpektuje základné práva všetkých zúčastnených, predovšetkým oprávneného a povinného.
