Neben den Hauptbelastungsfaktoren, wie z. B. Ernährung, Umweltverschmutzung oder Stadtentwicklung wird der gesundheitlichen Versorgung weltweit Raum gegeben, wobei es vor allem um die Qualifikation von Ärzten und Pflegepersonal geht. Abschließend wird ein Weltgesundheitsdienst entworfen, der über die Aufgaben der Weltgesundheitsorganisation hinausreichen sollte.
