Jay Lynch byl americký tvůrce komiksů, zakladatel časopisu Bijou Funnies, jednoho z prvních a nejvýznamnějších undergroundových komiksů šedesátých let. Mnoho let psal týdenní syndikovaný komiks Phoebe and the Pigeon People. Podílel se na vytváření některých z nejoblíbenějších humorných produktů společnosti Topps Chewing Gum, jako jsou Wacky Packages a Garbage Pail Kids.
