The story follows Ty Seward, a deeply troubled man grappling with anorexia, sexual issues, and the specter of his past, including a lingering cancer diagnosis. Working as an assistant to his uncle, who runs a high-profile prostitution ring, Ty's life takes a turn when he meets a perceptive teenage girl. Her insight compels him to face his inner turmoil and unresolved trauma, leading him on a dark journey of self-discovery through the decaying landscape of Los Angeles.
