Focusing on project management, this book explores the application of PERT/CPM networks to enhance industrial production. It presents an exploratory case study in a ceramic materials industry, utilizing interviews and on-site observations to gather data. The findings demonstrate improved planning and productivity control, alongside reduced losses and identification of cost-increasing issues. This work highlights the effectiveness of decision-making methods in optimizing operational efficiency within manufacturing contexts.
