Alfonso Mart Guerra Knihy
Alfonso Guerra González is a Spanish politician and professor. He is known for his long tenure as the second-in-command of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) under Felipe González. He served as a deputy in the Congress of Deputies for Seville and held significant governmental positions, including Vice President of the Government and Deputy General Secretary of the PSOE.
