The study investigates the impact of various doses of indolbutyric acid (AIB) and substrate temperature on the rooting effectiveness of juvenile cuttings from five Cupressaceae species. Conducted in March 1997, the trial utilized two substrate conditions and five AIB levels, assessing outcomes through a factorial design with multiple replicates. Each species was treated as a separate experiment, with evaluations conducted at 60, 75, and 90 days to measure callus formation and root development.
