Alphonso Williams, 1962 in Detroit geboren, gewann 2017 „DSDS“ und begann 2018, seine Lebensgeschichte aufzuschreiben. In „Born in the USA“ teilt er persönliche Erlebnisse von Liebe, Erfolg und Misserfolg und ermutigt dazu, Träume nie aufzugeben. Sein Motto: „Vor den Erfolg haben die Götter den Schweiß gestellt.“
