"Enorm in Form" (BA 7/94) war er das letzte Mal, und genau das beweist der kleine Junge mit seinem Gefährten, den durch seine Phantasie lebendigen Stofftiger, auch in dieser unter einem etwas trotzigen Titel firmierenden Sammlung von Comic-Strips und Einseitern. Auch hier ist es Calvins scheinbar unerschöpflicher Vorstellungsgabe vorbehalten, zusammen mit seinem (nicht immer) treuen Weggefährten gegen die "Monster" des Alltagslebens zu kämpfen, die vertraute Umgebung ein ums andere Mal auf den Kopf zu stellen und die irrsten Abenteuer in erfundenen Welten zu erleben. So präsentiert der Texter/Zeichner erneut ein sehr breites Spektrum an originellen Ideen, ein guter Gag reiht sich an den anderen, und auch bei den kongenialen Zeichnungen lohnt es sich, genauer hinzuschauen. Insgesamt wieder ein Comic-Album ohne Ermüdungserscheinungen und Schwachstellen, sehr empfohlen für alle Bibliotheken

To ale není všechno. Na Calvina a jeho (podle nesmyslného mínění ostatních plyšového) tygra se řítí to největší nebezpečí ze všech: ďábelská Rosalyn, holka na hlídání. Ale atypická dvojice složená z kluka nadaného až příliš velkou fantazií a jeho ironického tygřího souputníka zvládne všechno. Zvláště, když se řídí životním krédem: Život je mnohem zábavnější, když nejsi vůbec zodpovědný za to, co děláš.
