Autorka radí ženám, jak si, podle francouzského vzoru, upravit životosprávu a stravovací návyky a po celý život si udržet ideální hmotnost. Trik spočívá v tom, že nikdy nesmíte hladovět, naopak ke každému jídlu si dopřát několik chodů, ale pouze v malém množství. Občas si můžete dát i kousek svého oblíbeného vysoce kalorického jídla, ale musíte to v brzké době vykompenzovat větší zdrženlivostí.
