All receipts included in 'Poultry Book' can be most excellently prepared using poultry raised and processed in the town of Szentes. In this small town of the Hungarian Plain, people have been dealing with poultry-farming for several decades. As a result, a processing plant had been established locally in the past and the common activity of these three provides all excellent materials used in delightful dishes prepared by the receipts of 'Poultry Book'.
