Nathaniel Coldhardt, an aging, debonair master-criminal runs his own unique job creation scheme. He recruits teenagers with special skills - kids from the wrong side of the tracks. He trains them as ruthless, efficient professionals and employs them to undertake the daring crimes he's so good at planning.
