Professor Jerzy Jaskiernia is a prominent constitutionalist whose 50 years of public activity encompass scientific, organizational, and political contributions. This study highlights his significant achievements, accompanied by a list of his accomplishments. It features fifty-two papers authored by fifty-six scholars from various Polish research centers and esteemed constitutionalists from Germany, Lithuania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, and the UK. In the book, the reader will be introduced to a collection of analyses on the multifaceted issue of pandemics from monodisciplinary and interdisciplinary perspectives. The juxtaposition of research perspectives allows for a comparison of legal, social and psychological science approaches.
