Außerdem steht Mizores „Blumenopfer“ bevor, ein Ritual zum Eintritt ins Erwachsenalter. Dafür reisen die Freunde in das Heimatdorf der Schneefrau, doch dort treibt gerade ein Schneemonster sein Unwesen und als wäre das noch nicht genug taucht auch noch Kalua, die ältere Schwester von Moka und Cocoa auf.
Die Zeitungs-AG schwebt in höchster Gefahr! Als das Komitee erfährt, dass Tsukune ein Mensch ist, plant Kuyo ihn und seine Freunde gemäß der Schulordnung zu exekutieren. Ein Kampf entbrennt, bei dem der 15-Jährige so schwer verletzt wird, dass Moka eine folgenschwere Entscheidung treffen muss.
