Wyatt Blake, a cardiothoracic surgeon in Phoenix, had a heart transplant at 17. He's already lived six years longer than the average life expectancy for a transplant patient, so only has one-night stands because it wouldn't be fair to subject anyone to such an uncertain future. At a friend's wedding in Miami, he and Dee Giordino, one of the bridesmaids, hit it off and spend the night together.
