Ruby Rogers is a Waste of Space

Ruby Rogers, nearing her tenth birthday, dreams of becoming a gangster. She befriends Gothic girl Holly, who has a crush on Ruby's older brother Joe. Holly's request for Ruby to steal from Joe's room for a prank ignites a series of events.
