Worker at the back of a concrete mixer in the rain of a London suburb, Mick Siffoney might be a descendant of the kings of Ireland. He arrives, with his wife, child, and parrot, in his hometown of Deghooleen to reclaim his crown. As if Ireland didn't already have enough problems!
