Samantha

Set against the backdrop of high school life, the story follows Samantha, who grapples with her feelings for her troubled friend Joey while skipping classes. As she navigates her secretive mornings with him, she is also assigned to teach a talented disabled student, which opens her eyes to the beauty of music and the challenges of others. Amid family turmoil due to her sister's abusive marriage and Joey's sudden disappearance, Samantha ultimately confronts her choices and recognizes that her relationship with Joey is unhealthy.
