When we’re younger it seems like everyone always wants to know what we’re going to do when we grow up. The reality is most people are still figuring it out.The narrative we are fed at school around the common blueprint that’s laid out for us seems such an outdated model for the society we see ahead of us.This started as a blog, that then became a LinkedIn discussion, which led Jonathan Weaver to talk to 50 inspiring people who have cultivated themselves a unique role in the world. He wanted to dig beneath the surface to understand what it takes to “make it.” What Jonathan discovered along the way was a set of commonalities, many of which we’re seemingly taught at school which we can all learn from. The result is an ongoing project for anyone looking to explore their own efficiency and long term sustainability, or an alternative career path in a constantly evolving world.The Anti Blueprint Project includes 50 stories exploring unconventional routes to happiness and success over 320 pages.
