Turnajová kniha jednoho z nejsilnějších turnajů v historii. Hrálo zde celkem 5 mistrů světa a celá světová špička. Vyhráli Botvinnik a Capablanca 10 bodů ze 14, následovali Euwe, Reshevsky a Fine 9,5, Aljechin 9, Flohr, Lasker 8,5, Vidmar 6, Bogoljubov a Tartakower 5,5 atd. Hrálo 15 účastníků každý s každým. Kniha obsahuje všech 105 partií s Aljechinovými poznámkami, jeho hodnocení turnaje, indexy hráčů a zahájení. Toto je první vydání v češtině.

He is also rightfully considered one of the most prominent analysts of all time. Alekhine's comments are distinguished by depth and objectivity, a clear statement of the prisoners in the position of ideas. In this edition, for the first time, ALL parties of Alekhine with author's notes are collected. Many of them now can be found only in old magazines, some have not been published before. The editorial notes take into account the achievements of modern computer analysis.

Turnajová kniha slavného turnaje v New Yorku 1924. Hrálo 11 účastníků každý s každým dvoukolově. Zvítězil ve velkém stylu Dr. Emanuel Lasker, který získal 16 bodů z 20 a ve svých 55 letech hrál jako v dobách největší slávy. Následovali Capablanca 14, Aljechin 12, dále Marshall, Janowski, Maróczy, Bogoljubov, Réti, Tartakower, Edward Lasker a Yates. Najdete zde všech 110 partií s Aljechinovými poznámkami. Tabulky, indexy partií a zahájení. Kniha byla vydaná v několika jazycích, toto je první vydání v češtině.

Soubor lekcí, které Aljechin připravil pro svého žáka Artura Pomara, se kterým spolupracoval během války. Arturo Pomar Salamanca, 1931-2016, první španělský velmistr, byl považován za zázračné dítě, s Aljechinem remízoval již ve svých 13 letech na turnaji v Gijónu. Kniha je překladem španělského vydání z roku 1946, v češtině vychází poprvé.

Alexandr Aljechin, 1892-1946, byl 4. mistr světa v šachu v letech 1927-1935, 1937-1946. Český překlad Alechinovy knihy, který obsahuje 100 partií s Aljechinovými podrobnými poznámkami z let 1924-1927, než se stal mistrem světa.
