In Pursuit of the Wind

The story follows Roy Warner, an airmail pilot whose loyalty to a friend leads to his downfall, leaving him jobless despite his previous accolades. A secret society of pilots, 'The Quiet Birdmen,' aids him in discovering a new airline in Peru. Relocating there, he resumes his flying career with Condor Airlines from 1937 to 1942, finding love and camaraderie in the Andes. However, his life takes a dramatic turn as the shadow of war looms over him, altering his path and relationships.
