Gravesův dvoudílný historický román Já, Claudius vyšel již několikrát. Asi budete znát i jeho anglickou seriálovou verzi s Derekem Jacobim v hlavní roli. Já znal první také seriál. Knihy mě ale vůbec nezklamaly. V tomto prvním díle sledujeme Claudiovo dětství, dospívání i nástup k moci jako nového císaře po zavraždění Caliguly. Já mám historické životopisné romány rád a Já, Claudius patří mezi mé nejoblíbenější. Pokud to máte také tak, tak na tento titul nezapomeňte.
