Připomněl, že hlavním posláním reklamy je napomoci prodeji. Mám takový dojem, že Claude Hopkins by i dnes dokázal pomocí reklamy prodat více zboží a služeb než mnozí současní experti s vysokoškolskými tituly. Dokázal totiž komunikovat s obyčejnými lidmi, reagovat na jejich přání a potřeby. Dobře je znal.
