    • Developing Chinese (2nd Edition) is a set of nationally planned textbooks for higher education during the Eleventh Five-Year. Based on the well-designed structure of the first edition, this edition adds more elements in tune with the times. It includes 28 volumes with altogether 34 books. Combining the cultivation of integrated language skills with the training of specific language skills in its compilation, this set of textbooks can be divided into three levels (elementary, intermediate and advanced) and five series (comprehensive, listening, speaking, reading and writing), among which the comprehensive series is the bulk and the others are the supportive series. The overall purpose is to develop and improve the students Chinese language skills, Chinese communication skills, integrated Chinese capabilities as well as enhance their interest and ability in learning Chinese.

      A New Chinese Course Textbook: v. 2
    • Focusing on governance ideas within the framework of Chinese neoliberalism, this book critically examines how these concepts shape the national reform agenda. It delves into the institutional and intellectual roots of governance, highlighting the features of neoliberalization in transitional China. Through interpretive analysis, it explores the normative principles and technical skills that define the ruling structure of Chinese neoliberalism. The author also traces the evolution of governance discourse and discusses pathways for engaging critically with neoliberalism's intellectual dimensions.

The Idea of Governance and the Spirit of Chinese Neoliberalism
    • Employing an interdisciplinary social-scientific approach, the authors delve into contemporary political, economic, and environmental challenges. Their analysis seeks to uncover the interconnectedness of these issues, offering insights that bridge various fields of study to enhance understanding and foster informed discussions on pressing global matters.

Democracy and Economic Openness in an Interconnected System
    • Become Ungovernable is a provocative new work of political thought setting out to reclaim 'freedom', 'justice', and 'democracy', revolutionary ideas that are all too often warped in the interests of capital and the state. Revealing the mirage of mainstream democratic thought and the false promises of liberal political ideologies, H. L. T. Quan offers an alternative approach: an abolition feminism drawing on a kaleidoscope of refusal praxes, and on a deep engagement with the Black Radical Tradition and queer analytics. With each chapter anchored by episodes from the long history of resistance and rebellions against tyranny, Quan calls for us to take up a feminist ethic of living rooted in the principles of radical inclusion, mutuality, and friendship as part of the larger toolkit for confronting fascism, white supremacy, and the neoliberal labor regime.
