Shatiera Holmanová vždy milovala psaní. Od dětství pro ni bylo snazší psát o svých pocitech než je vyjadřovat slovy. Během studií napsala několik divadelních her, zaplnila několik zápisníků básněmi a začala pracovat na své první knize. Někde v životě však ztratila svou vášeň, kterou znovu objevila s narozením prvního dítěte, protože nechtěla selhat v jeho očích. Nyní je matkou, modelkou, spolumajitelkou sestry své promotérské společnosti a autorkou.
