Based on the menu structure of the program, this handy reference covers GIMP version 1.2. It explains the function of every menu item and offers tips for every day usage. In den letzten drei Dekaden hat die Expansion des deutschen Wohlfahrtsstaates zu einer erhöhten Beschäftigung und finanziellen Ausstattung geführt. Aktuelle Veränderungen in den Kontextbedingungen erfordern jedoch Anpassungen von Non Profit Organisationen. Diese Arbeit untersucht die relevanten Einflussfaktoren und Bedingungen des Wandels in Non Profit Organisationen, insbesondere im Gesundheitswesen und in sozialen Diensten. Der Autor analysiert Krankenhäuser, Alten- und Pflegeheime, Rettungsdienste, Organisationen der Behindertenhilfe sowie Wohlfahrtsverbände. Die theoretische Fundierung stützt sich auf die neo-institutionalistische Forschungsperspektive. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass Non Profit Organisationen unterschiedlichen Umweltveränderungen und damit variierenden Druckarten ausgesetzt sind. Dabei werden heterogene Wahrnehmungsmuster der Akteure und uneinheitliche Kontrollen über institutionalisierte Kernelemente als kritische Faktoren im Anpassungsprozess identifiziert. Dies ermöglicht zu erklären, warum einige Non Profit Organisationen radikale Anpassungen vornehmen, während andere versuchen, den Status quo aufrechtzuerhalten.
