The volume presents case studies on privatization at enterprise level in six different Middle and Eastern European Countries. The publication was prepared at the Institute of Economic and Social Researches in Chemnitz WISOC (Germany). The 13 case studies show the differentiatet situation in privatization depending on branches and country specifities. Conclusions on the transformation process will be included in the reader.
