Additions and corrections of the knowledge of the foliicolous lichen flora of Costa Rica - the familiy Gomphillaceae

The taxonomy of foliicolous members of the Gomphillaceae, as presently circumscribed, in Costa Rica is revised. In total, 83 foliicolous species are treated. Generic concepts within the group are briefly discussed, and ecological observations are provided.
