This book contains the contributions to the 4th German-Korean Symposium on "Advanced Polymeric Materials - New Synthetic Routes and Applications", held at Dresden, Germany.An excellent overview of present research fields in both contries, from modification of well-known polymers to new polymer structures, from new surface modification to applications in the microsystem techniques and biocompatibility of polymers is given.
