This volume is concerned with institutional-constitutional issues of an integrated international economic order in the era of globalization. It includes papers on two main subjects. These are, first, contributions discussing specific aspects of the world economy, such as international competition, financial markets and commerce. And there are, second, contributions concerned with the question of the legal feasibility of an international economic constitution.
