This study argues that since cholesterol is essential to life, bad cholesterol does not exist and therefore the common advice to reduce it is unnecessary and harmful. Este estudio argumenta que como el colesterol es imprescindible para la vida, no hay colesterol malo y por lo tanto el consejo comun de reducirlo es innecesario y perjudicial.
