Assessing organizational crises
Autoři
Více o knize
Organizations worldwide cannot escape crises. Crises effect more than productivity, they often profoundly impact people’s lives. In an age of quantification, measuring the extent to which humans are impacted during crises is paramount. This present study delivers an argument for brief and pragmatic organizational crisis assessment instruments. Furthermore, a specific instrument’s (the TAS: O) psychometric properties are evaluated. The results indicate that pragmatic instruments evaluating the human impact of crises are possible, and cutting edge research demonstrates that highly valid and reliable organizational assessment surveys are likely to be a staple of future organizational crisis management.
