Therapy of Crohn's disease

There are very few areas of gastroenterology that have experienced the same rapid growth as is the case with Crohn’s disease, both in terms of understanding disease pathogenesis and translation to novel approaches to therapy. This fact, together with the huge success of the first publication on Crohn’s disease treatment by the EPACT group, has led to the decision to publish a revision of the original work.
