This collection of articles and papers on the action research of teachers is the result of several years of interaction between the Education Faculties of two universities - the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) in Port Elizabeth and the Carl von Ossietzky University in Oldenburg. These universities are connected in a partnership, as are their respective provinces - the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa and the State of Lower Saxony, Germany. engl.
