Human rights and legal pluralism

This issue opens with an article on how to integrate Human Rights into customary and religious legal systems generally (Y. Sezgin), and then presents special studies of the issues in a „tribal“ women's forum in South Rajastan, India (M. Hong Tschalaer), in customary justice in post-conflict Sierra Leone (K.
