In his works, Martin Streit invites us to experience the very act of seeing as an image-generating process. Various media, such as paintings and photographs made with a portable camera obscura, as well as the walkable camera obscura installations, are placed side by side on equal footing. In the artist's latest works, photographic motifs are transformed into paintings.
