This new publication by Paul McCarthy is realised on the occasion of the opening of his first large scale exhibition in France, Chocolate Factory. Composed of two volumes, this artist book retraces the development of the project since its very conception to its setting in the 18th century salons of Monnaie de Paris. The book is entirely conceived by the artist around the imagery of Santa Claus and the Christmas Tree with collaged-texts, sketches and drawings by Paul McCarthy.
